I was having issues ordering online for a box of Oat Free doughnuts so I emailed Borough 22. The customer service was second to none (shout out to Maya D) and the doughnuts were delicious! 10000% ordering for my husband again 🤩

I have been gluten free for 15 years and have had my fair share of the good, the bad and the ugly! I had seen these advertised alot and never been in as most other doughnuts are cakes ( lovely but not what I was looking food! Anyway, I gave in after, and oh my gosh! Gooey and soft, instructions how to airfry to get the best results! I am gobsmacked and gutted I've issued out so long!!! Thank you for normalising Gluten allergies Borough 22!!!
My mom has been a coeliac for over 15 years and had never had a ‘proper’ doughnuts since before she was diagnosed. These doughnuts are amazing, not only do they taste good but are actually a decent size. One thing I also love want to highlight is how amazing the customer service is. Every person I’ve encountered either in person or on email have been so pleasant and helpful.
Great service with delivery on the date required and after a quick reheat in the airfryer were completely delicious. I will be ordering again.
I got this as a coming home gift after a month in hospital only having rice pudding as the only GF dessert … the doughnuts were absolutely delicious and made me ever so happy inside and out ! Thank you!

Maybe I had too high expectations, when it arrived all the sugar/glaze has melted (even though it’s cold outside still) and can’t see the difference between sugar and glazed. I followed the heating instructions, end up having a texture of mochi (chewy-ish), yeasty doughnut-y taste still there, just texture wasn’t doughnut like. Probably better getting it fresh than delivered to be heated.
Fantastic doughnuts, the fact that they are also gluten free, vegan and low fodmap is amazing. I will be setting up my subscription next month 😊
What a thoughtful business who have gone far and beyond to creat treats for everyone! And even coeliacs who can’t have oats. My coeliac absolutely loved them. They aren’t quite my thing, but I appreciated the fullness of the fillings and they came well packaged. My coeliac loved them and that’s all that matters

Delicious! Ate 3 on the day of arrival (microwaved to warm through). Then froze the rest and microwaved on defrost to enjoy the next day. Thank you from a household of 3 coeliacs!
Incredible. Not had anything like it in 18 years. Especially impressed they are also oat free (I got the oat free box). Wish you had fresh stalls/shops in Scotland.

Best gluten free doughnuts in the UK by far !!
I bought this box nearly 2 months in advance and booked a specified delivery date so they could arrive as a mother's day gift and, unfortunately, they were not delivered on that date, which was disappointing. That said, after getting in touch with the customer service team, they were swift with getting back to me, finding out what had happened, and finding a resolve for the situation, which was to send out a fresh replacement the following week. Luckily, my mum saw it as a week to be excited as she's been unable to have "proper" doughnuts for about 15 years due to her intolerances, and has reported back, since their arrival, that the reheating instructions were easy and the doughnuts have been really enjoyable; both those she enjoyed fresh and the ones she froze and has dipped into since. She described them as lovely, pretty much how she remembers/has been fancying a doughnut for a long time, and she says she would buy again. Overall, pleased with the product and the customer service, just a shame that the shipping let down the experience a little.
My mom has been a coeliac for 20 years and I have for 7 years and it’s the first time in that time that we have been able to have a doughnut and honestly they were absolutely incredible! We shared all of the ones so we could have a taste of each. We have also tried the baked red velvet as well as my mom is allergic to GF oats. I was so impressed to see the oat free box and my mom was over the moon. Also I have received some excellent customer service both in person at the Selfridges store is London but also over email as well. Highly highly recommended! 5 🌟

Absolutely delicious. I was hesitant at first about the whole reheating situation but followed the instructions anyway and oh my I am so impressed! Been so long since I had a proper fried donut and these did not disappoint! My only wish would be if they included a little sachet of the sugar we have to re-roll them in after heating, especially for the cinnamon one as I personally felt it lost a bit of the cinnamon flavour. They’re expensive, yes, but I can definitely see these replacing my birthday cake or anything for a special occasion.
Don't were tasty but the way they ere were packaged and delivered by your preferred delivery company was not great - the items were all over the place. It was a bit of a shame.
Absolutely amazing doughnuts. So impressed. They were delicious and the first doughnuts my daughter has had for 8 years. We will order more!
