DOUGHNUTS WITHOUT ICING 

Air Fryer- Reheat in an air fryer at 180 for 4-6 minutes and immediately re-roll in sugar. Allow resting for a few minutes before eating.

Oven- Preheat the oven to 180 and bake for 6-8 minutes, remove from the oven, re-roll in sugar and allow to rest a few minutes before eating.

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend a 20-second burst followed by a 10-second rest until warmed through. Remove from the microwave and immediately re-roll in sugar. Allow to rest for a few minutes before eating.

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend short sharp bursts in the microwave just to soften the dough without destroying the toppings.

FOR BAKED DOUGHNUTS

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend short sharp bursts in the microwave just to soften the dough without destroying the toppings and this will warm the baked doughnuts through and make them super soft and moist.

I ordered online as I live far away, I chose the ‘best of’ box (chocolate filled, vanilla cream filled, jam filled, cinnamon ring, sugar ring and powdered sugar ring) They arrived very well packaged and promptly. I’ve been celiac for over 15 years and have never had good doughnuts in all that time. My brother also has severe wheat and nut allergies so he also hasn’t had a doughnut in around 10 years. I took a risk ordering from Burrough 22 because I heard good things and I wanted to surprise my brother for early Christmas and is was so worth it. The filled doughnuts were our favourite, mine was the custard and my brother’s was the jam but the chocolate filled and cinnamon coated were also sensational. After 6 minutes in the air fryer, every single doughnut in the box was not only the perfect texture, nothing like usual gluten free doughnuts but also tasted delicious. Every member of my family tasted the doughnuts, even the ones who regularly buy normal doughnuts and they all agreed the doughnuts from borrough 22 were indistinguishable from the real thing. I ordered the best of box, but In the message section, I asked if I could have 3 jam and 3 vanilla bean glazed, which I received, I had the vanilla one at the bristol free from festival, they were sold out of the jam 1, I haven't had a proper doughnut for 15 years and I wasn't disappointed, I prefer the glazed doughnut as the doughnut is cooked better due to it not having a centre, the jam 1 was a little stodgy in the middle and I wasn't keen on the jam flavor, the are quite pricey, but understand that the ingredients are pricey as well, I will definitely order again, but maybe just for special occasion due to the price and try some different flavours as well
