All Sales Are Final: Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout.
Quality Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. We're dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction and will address your concerns promptly.
Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or credit for a future purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve assessed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
