All orders include tracking, which will be sent to you via email or SMS by DPD, Swiftee, or Royal Mail.
England & Wales
We offer nationwide next-day delivery with DPD (postcode exceptions below).
Tuesday–Friday Deliveries
  • Order by 5 pm (Mon–Wed) → delivered the next day
  • Orders placed after 5 pm Wednesday → dispatched on Monday (excluding bank holidays)
  • If you choose a later delivery date at checkout, we’ll deliver on that date

Saturday Delivery

  • Select Saturday Delivery at checkout
  • Order by 5 pm Thursday → delivered on Saturday

Royal Mail Areas (Thursday Delivery Only)

For the postcodes below, please select Royal Mail at checkout.

Order by 6 pm Tuesday → dispatched Wednesday → delivered Thursday (tracked & signed).

Areas We Cannot Deliver To
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to postcodes with no next-day service, including:

HS2, IM, JE, PA60–75, PA78, ZE2–3, KW16 (non-town), KW17, PH30, PH41–44.
Northern Ireland
Delivery is Thursday only with Royal Mail.

Oat-Free Orders
All oat-free orders are dispatched Wednesday for Thursday delivery only.

Once your package leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you, all shipping liabilities lie with DPD, Royal Mail, or Swiftee. In the unfortunate event that your package is damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, please contact the relevant courier directly.

Our baked and fried doughnuts are best enjoyed as soon as possible after delivery.

Yes all our products can be frozen on the day of purchase or delivery.

Yes we are based at Selfridges Food Hall, 400 Oxford Street, London. 

The quickest way to find us is to use the middle entrance on Orchard Street which is opposite the M&S food hall. We are located in the Food Hall opposite Honi Poke.
