For all orders you will receive tracking emails or SMS from our fulfilment partners, DPD (UK Mainland), PackFleet (London and within M25) or for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, Royal Mail. If you have not received any of these then please contact us at customerservices@borough22doughnuts.com and one of the team will look into this for you.

Orders in Greater and Central London can be shipped Tuesday to Saturdays.

Place your order by 12am to qualify for next-day delivery with PackFleet and receive the freshest doughnuts made in the early morning and shipped on a same-day delivery. Orders placed with PackFleet after 11.59pm on Thursday will be delivered fresh on Monday.

For orders outside of London (UK mainland and Northern Ireland) deliveries can be made between Tuesdays and Fridays at our standards rates. Place your order by 10.00am to qualify for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery. Orders placed after 10.00am on Thursday will be dispatched on the next Monday for Tuesday delivery.

For Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands orders are sent via Royal Mail with a standard £9.35 delivery charge.

We can offer Saturday deliveries but there is an additional charge depending on what service you require (from £11).

Please note - We are closed for deliveries on UK Public Bank Holidays and the day that follows.

London Area Deliveries 

London deliveries Monday to Saturday with Quiver: Place your order by 12am to qualify for next-day delivery with Quiver and receive the freshest doughnuts made in the morning and shipped on a same-day delivery.

Nationwide Deliveries

Nationwide deliveries Tuesday to Friday with DPD: Place your order by 10.00am Monday to Thursday to qualify for same-day dispatch for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 10am on a Thursday will be dispatched on the next Monday for Tuesday delivery. We can offer Saturday deliveries but there is an additional charge depending on what service you require (from £11).

Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands Deliveries

Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands deliveries Tuesday to Friday with Royal Mail (recorded and signed for service): Place your order by 6pm to qualify for next-day dispatch from our kitchen. Orders placed after 6pm on a Wednesday will be dispatched on the next Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Please note - We are closed for deliveries on Sundays and UK Public Bank Holidays and the day that follows.

Our baked and fried doughnut should ideally be consumed on the day of receipt.

FRIED DOUGHNUTS 

Filled and sugared ring doughnuts with NO ICING

Air Fryer- Reheat in an air fryer at 180 for 4-6 minutes and immediately re-roll in sugar. Allow resting for a few minutes before eating.

Oven- Preheat the oven to 180 and bake for 6-8 minutes, remove from the oven, re-roll in sugar and allow to rest a few minutes before eating.

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend a 20-second burst followed by a 10-second rest until warmed through. Remove from the microwave and immediately re-roll in sugar. Allow to rest for a few minutes before eating.

Doughnuts WITH ICING

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend short sharp bursts in the microwave just to soften the dough without destroying the toppings.

FOR BAKED DOUGHNUTS

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend short sharp bursts in the microwave just to soften the dough without destroying the toppings and this will warm the baked doughnuts through and make them super soft and moist.

Yes, our baked and fried doughnuts can be frozen on arrival and defrosted ready to consume. For our baked doughnuts you can defrost and leave to sit at room temperature before consuming. For our fried doughnuts, allow them to defrost thoroughly then complete the reheat instructions above.

We do not have a physical shop. We work out of a production kitchen in Bermondsey. You can visit our Saturday Shop every week 10-1pm or order for collection via our website. Simply use the address below as the shipping address. We will refund the shipping charge once you collect the doughnuts.

All London orders are made on the day of delivery. Outside London orders are made and shipped overnight via DPD and Royal Mail.

Our fried doughnut are only available via our website or https://www.anddine.co.uk/store/borough-22/. Our baked doughnuts can be ordered in the same way or via Selfridges food hall daily, or every Saturday at The Broca in Brockley andMarvellous Greens + Beans in Honour Oak.
