Our fried doughnuts are made using a proprietary blend of naturally gluten-free ingredients, developed and refined over years. The full recipe is protected by trade secrets, but for transparency and allergen guidance, we can share that they contain: A combination of gluten-free flours including corn, rice, and gluten-free oats (avenin) along with a natural binder and yeast.

Icing - Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Palm Oil, Agar, Palm Oil, Potassium Sorbate

Sprinkles - Cane Sugar Potato Starch, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Fat, Lemon Juice, Spirulina Extract, Paprika, Turmeric, Anthocyanins
