I have frozen them and reheated them - yes mixed reviews are usually because they are best reheated as with a lot of gluten free things. Reheated is the best you are going to get them in my opinion.

Amazing as always - they were quickly devoured
An absolute must for me when I visit London. Life with allergies can be a little grey scale at times but these doughnuts are the entire rainbow with stars on. My husband is picking up a couple of boxes for me tomorrow for our freezer here in Germany. I am very grateful that this is possible. Thank you!!!
Just amazing! My Coeliac son was so happy to receive these as an extra 12th birthday sweet treat! Gluten free doughnuts are a rarity (and nothing comes close to Borough 22!) so these are our go to now - love love love!

Was disappointed after reading about them. Very dense - and strange oily taste. Hoping you can work the recipe so we can enjoy it, and support your endeavour to provide delicious baked goods to coeliacs in the future.
Absolutely heavenly! As a coeliac and intolerant to eggs, I didn’t think I’d ever eat doughnuts again! I now have a dedicated freezer drawer for my Borough 22 stash 🩵 🍩
THE BEST donuts I've ever had. When reheated in an air fryer I get transported back to fireworks night, or a seaside cabin selling super-fresh hot donuts. The taste, fluffiness, texture & overall experience is a game changer for us GF folk. Ryan has smashed it.
