These were ordered as an Easter gift from my husband. It was an amazing gift but I found them to taste dense and stale. Even after following the warming instructions on the leaflet. I had tried them in London last year and they were delicious but that was fresh on the day. It’s a shame but we probably won’t get a delivery again but will definitely be re visiting on my next visit to London.
Thought they would look a lot better. They tasted good though. I think the delivery driver didn't look after them well and left them on doorstep on their side even though it says keep flat and do not tilt on packaging
Doughnuts were delicious, but left on their side by DPD ignoring the label! Didn’t effect the taste but couldn’t be salvaged and made presentable, frustrating as a gift but waiting on customer service to reply.

Absolutely delicious donuts! Packed well and looked wonderful when they arrived. The texture was moist! Flavours were out of this world! If I hadn't have known it was gluten free, I never would have guessed. I'll be purchasing them again and I've told my friends and family to try them too (especially ones with gluten intolerance)
Great quality would like to be able to select the doughnuts in a box
Ordered these for my wife’s birthday. Arrived looking like someone has played football with the box, really poorly packaged with no ‘take care’ label. Devastated after paying so much for these!!!!

Chocolate lovers Gluten free doughnuts were delicious. However I was disappointed as each doughnut has the same vanilla base but each has a different topping and flavour. This selection is aimed at chocolate lovers, so I thought that one or two of the doughnut bases would be chocolate flavoured to enhance the toppings. Maybe this is something to consider? Xx
Since becoming Gluten and Dairy Intolerant, I have missed Doughnuts, but now I can order my favourites without any worries.

I haven't had donuts since the last 4 years after becoming gluten intolerant. These donuts were Divine! Like heaven in my mouth. I wish I could eat one everyday but that's not good. But I wish... These are certainly better than regular Donuts. Can I live in one of your shops? Thank you for creating them.
My 13 year old son was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease 7 years ago and has not found a gluten free donut to eat since being diagnosed. Thank you so much Borough 22 for making such amazing gluten free donuts and giving my son some happiness by being able to eat donuts again!
Couple of donuts were a bit dry, the chocolate was stuck to the box.
I had them delivered and they arrived when they should have. They looked fantastic, and tasted the same. We froze some too, froze separately so easier to defrost. Tasted the same after freezing 😁
I ordered the baked chocolate box.They arrived in a torn box but luckily weren’t damaged. This obviously happened in transit though. They were a birthday present for my wife who has a gluten sensitivity. She said they were very nice but more cake like than a doughnut & wished I’d ordered the fried ones. So I’m going to order those next time. Overall we liked your service.

Bit dry. Edible but not too fresh. Order sent too early by 3 weeks as specified in notes. So spoilt the surprise when my daughter finishes her exams. Sadly

Love these baked donuts! They are somewhere between cake and donut and absolutely delicious.
Sadly, despite all the notices and signs on the box, Royal Mail failed to deliver these in pristine condition. There were toppings stuck to the top of the box. I was so excited to try these donuts as I haven't had a donut for so many years, but these baked ones were sadly, quite stodgy and dry. And when you are paying high prices for these, it was disappointing.

Wow you have changed my daughter life and as a mum being able to find her these scrumptious foods to eat is 100% lifted my heart until know she hasn't eaten such a lavish birthday treat for years. it was a valentine Birthday worthy treat for a 19 year old . Thank you for giving my daughter a treat that's made her feel normal with all her allergies it's been a true nightmare we are a very happy family
