FAQs

Where is my order?

For all orders you will receive tracking emails or SMS from our fulfilment partners, DPD (UK Mainland), Swiftee or Royal Mail. If you have not received any of these then please contact us at customerservices@borough22doughnuts.com and one of the team will look into this for you.

When and where do you deliver?

England UK and most of Scotland deliveries
Deliveries Tuesday to Friday with DPD:

•⁠ ⁠Orders placed by 5 pm Monday to Wednesday will be dispatched from our kitchen the following day for next-day delivery.
•⁠ ⁠Orders placed after 5 pm on Wednesday will be dispatched on the next Monday (excluding bank holidays) for next-day delivery.
•⁠ ⁠If you select a later date - we will arrange delivery for the date requested

We can offer Saturday deliveries but there is an additional charge depending on what service you require (from £11). Please order by Thursday 5pm if you select Saturday delivery at checkout.

Northern Ireland deliveries

Northern Ireland deliveries are on Friday only with Royal Mail (recorded and signed for service): Place your order by 6 pm on Wednesday for next-day dispatch from our kitchen.

Scotland Deliveries

You can select standard nationwide delivery at checkout with deliveries Tuesday to Friday as DPD next-day service covers most of Scotland. For postcodes listed below, please select Royal Mail delivery at checkout. Scotland deliveries with Royal Mail are on Friday only (recorded and signed for service): Place your order by 6 pm on Wednesday for next-day dispatch from our kitchen.

Next-day service by 12.30pm: AB40, 46 - 50 / IV1 - 20, 29 - 39, 50 / KW4 / PH16, 27 - 29, 45 - 48 / PA21 - 27, 39, 45, 50 - 59 / FK17- 21

Unfortunately we do not deliver in the following postcode areas as there are no next-day delivery services available: HS2 / IM / JE / PA60 - 75, 78 / ZE2, 3 / KW16 - non Town / KW17 / PH30, 41 - 44

All OAT-FREE orders are dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday.

What Is the shelf life of your doughnuts?

Our baked and fried doughnut should ideally be consumed on the day of receipt.

Can you reheat the doughnuts?

HOW TO REHEAT?

DOUGHNUTS WITHOUT ICING

Air Fryer- Reheat in an air fryer at 180 for 4-6 minutes and immediately re-roll in sugar. Allow resting for a few minutes before eating.

Oven- Preheat the oven to 180 and bake for 6-8 minutes, remove from the oven, re-roll in sugar and allow to rest a few minutes before eating.

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend a 20-second burst followed by a 10-second rest until warmed through. Remove from the microwave and immediately re-roll in sugar. Allow to rest for a few minutes before eating.

DOUGHNUTS WITH ICING

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend short sharp bursts in the microwave just to soften the dough without destroying the toppings.

FOR BAKED DOUGHNUTS

Microwave - For an 800w microwave, we recommend short sharp bursts in the microwave just to soften the dough without destroying the toppings and this will warm the baked doughnuts through and make them super soft and moist.

Can doughnuts be frozen?

Yes, our baked and fried doughnuts can be frozen on arrival and defrosted ready to consume. For our baked doughnuts you can defrost and leave to sit at room temperature before consuming. For our fried doughnuts, allow them to defrost thoroughly then complete the reheat instructions above.

Do you have a physical shop? Can I buy Individually or the same day?

Yes we are based at Selfridges Food Hall, 400 Oxford Street, London.

The quickest way to find us is to use the middle entrance on Orchard Street which is opposite the M&S food hall. This will take you in right by Sweet Dee's Jerk and our Borough 22 blue stand is located to the left of their concession.

All online London orders are made on the day of delivery. Outside London orders are made and shipped overnight via DPD and Royal Mail.

We are also available on Deliveroo and UberEats.

Where can i buy your doughnuts?

Our fried doughnut are only available via our website or https://www.anddine.co.uk/store/borough-22/. Our baked doughnuts can be ordered in the same way or via Selfridges food hall daily, or every Saturday at The Broca in Brockley andMarvellous Greens + Beans in Honour Oak.

What is your Kosher Certification?

All our products are certified with the Sephardi Kashrut Authority you can see our accreditation here

Are you Halal Certified?

Yes we have our entire range certified with the internationalhalalcertificate.com
