The full recipe is protected by trade secrets, but for transparency and allergen guidance, we can share that they contain: A combination of gluten-free flours including corn, rice, and gluten-free oats (avenin) along with a natural binder and yeast.

Chocolate Filling - vegetable fat, palm sugar, stabiliser, sodium phospates, methyl celluose, xantham gum, guar gum, polysorbate 60, sodium, salt, cocoa , sugar
