For all orders you will receive tracking emails or SMS from our fulfilment partners, DPD, Quiver or for Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, Royal Mail. If you have not received any of these then please contact us at hello@borough22doughnuts.com and one of the team will look into this for you.

Orders in Greater and Central London can be shipped Tuesday to Saturdays.

For orders outside of London (UK mainland and Northern Ireland) deliveries can be made between Tuesdays and Fridays at our standards rates.

For Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands orders are sent via Royal Mail with a standard £9.35 delivery charge.

We can offer Saturday deliveries but there is an additional charge depending on what service you require (from £11).

We ask for 2 business days from receiving your order to fulfilling it. This gives us a day to see and add it to the schedule and a day for it to be delivered. Of course if you've chosen a future date for delivery then we will fulfil the order then.

If you have forgotten when you requested your order to be delivered then please email hello@borough22doughnuts.com and we can have a look for you.

Our baked and fried doughnut should ideally be consumed on the day of receipt.

Air fryer or oven for fried doughnuts

Air Fryer - Reheat in an air fryer at 180 for 4-6 minutes and immediately re-roll in sugar. Allow resting for a few minutes before eating.

Oven - Preheat the oven to 180 and bake for 6-8 minutes, remove from the oven, re-roll in sugar and allow to rest a few minutes before eating.

Microwave for fried or baked doughnuts.

For an 800w microwave, we recommend a 20-second burst followed by a 10-second rest
until warmed through. Remove from the microwave and immediately re-roll in sugar. Allow to rest for a few minutes before eating.

Yes, our baked and fried doughnuts can be frozen on arrival and defrosted ready to consume. For our baked doughnuts you can defrost and leave to sit at room temperature before consuming. For our fried doughnuts, allow them to defrost thoroughly then complete the reheat instructions above.

We do not have a physical shop. We work out of a production kitchen in Bermondsey. You can visit our Saturday Shop every week 10-1pm or order for collection via our website. Simply use the address below as the shipping address. We will refund the shipping charge once you collect the doughnuts.

All London orders are made on the day of delivery. Outside London orders are made and shipped overnight via DPD and Royal Mail.

Our fried doughnut are only available via our website or https://www.anddine.co.uk/store/borough-22/. Our baked doughnuts can be ordered in the same way or via Selfridges food hall daily, or every Saturday at The Broca in Brockley andMarvellous Greens + Beans in Honour Oak.
