Our signature, gluten-free, vegan, oven-baked doughnuts dipped in our home-made cereal rice milk glaze and topped with our addictive cereal crumb (kinda like home-made Frosted Flakes, but way better!) and a splash of rainbow sprinkles. This is our nod to Christina Tosi of Milk Bar fame in the U.S. who introduced us to the concept during the Netflix Chef’s Table - S04 E01. We knew we had to make a vegan version! Add in our plain and raspberry glazed doughnuts, as well as our sugared and cinnamon sugared, and you have yourself a low FODMAP selection box. Low FODMAP because we’ve substituted the apples and gram flour used in our original recipe with banana and buckwheat flour making these friendly for those adhering to the diet - say what!
